FFA members had the opportunity to help with Farm Safety Day today. During Farm Safety Day the members taught a lesson called "Pinch Point" to 1st-3rd graders from Minden and Axtell. Other members helped lead the groups of elementary students around to each of the sessions.

The Axtell FFA Alumni and Supports will be meeting this Wednesday (Sept. 20th) at 5:30pm in the ag room. No prior experience with FFA is needed, the purpose of this groups is to provide support for the Axtell FFA chapter. Contact Mrs. Grimes or Trish Danburg with any questions.
Axtell FFA members had a blast at Husker Harvest Days last week! A special thank you to Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District for providing our members with meal tickets.
Good luck to the JH fall sports teams and the JV volleyball team as they travel to Elm Creek to compete. Junior High begins at 4 pm and JV volleyball plays at 6 pm.
