Pre-Kindergarten
Age 4
A child is eligible for the Pre-Kindergarten classroom if they turn 4-years old by July 31. The Program provides a play-oriented, structured learning environment with academic objectives designed to enhance a child’s social, emotional, intellectual, language, physical, and adaptive development. The program is further designed to equip children with the knowledge, skills and behaviors necessary to enter kindergarten ready to learn. The curriculum is based upon the Nebraska Department of Education Early Learning Guidelines. Assessment of student outcomes is accomplished through the use of an approved model from the NDE Results Matter initiative (GOLD).
The Pre-Kindergarten class will have a Graduation Ceremony.

Our mission is to educate through the teachable moments that happen every day in our early learning environment and support families in similar moments in the home setting. We will foster cognitive, creative, social/emotional, and physical growth of our students by creating a classroom where children can learn by doing.
